Review Roundup: ABH Soft Glam Palette

If we had a dollar for every time we picked up a product that didn’t suit our skin tone, we’d probably have enough money to buy out all of Sephora. Fortunately for us, beauty reviews exist. Instead of getting caught up in a cycle of regrets and returns, we can watch beauty vloggers who look like us test run the products we wanna try. And with Glamdom’s “Review Roundup” now you can too.

Anastasia Beverly Hills has finally added a new palette to their eyeshadow family! The ABH Soft Glam palette was leaked last month on Instagram albeit to the dismay of the brand’s president but to the immense delight of the beauty world. According to Norvina’s Instagram, the palette was inspired by the founder’s love for neutral palettes that are easy to grab everyday but can transition into the night making it good for beginners to the makeup blending game.

With a 14 shade mix of soft pinks and peaches, subdued browns, and some shimmers, the palette easily lives up to its name. And while there are a lot of shades on the paler side, the palette seems to pack enough pigment to show up on darker skin, something the brand has been good about starting with their Modern Renaissance palette, a cult classic in the Black beauty community. The eyeshadow palette is set to be released in stores March but is available online for $42.
